Dora is a nurse and KCR therapist with over 25 years of experience in healthcare and healing. Caring for patients and people with mobility difficulties has shaped her thoughtful, personal approach. She takes time to understand what you are hoping for and explain each session before it begins.
Her work brings together Kinetic Chain Release, connective tissue release, Thai massage, manual lymph drainage and Bowen therapy. The appropriate choice starts with a conversation about your needs and suitability.

Is my appointment confirmed when I send the form?
Dora reviews your request and contacts you to agree a time. Your appointment is confirmed only when you receive confirmation from Dora.
What if I’m unsure which treatment to choose?
Choose “Help me choose” on the request form. Discuss your goals and the options with Dora before deciding.
What should I wear?
KCR and traditional Thai massage are clothed treatments: wear a comfortable top and loose trousers. For foot massage, clothing should allow access to feet and lower legs. MLD may involve skin contact, with privacy and draping agreed beforehand.
Can I book a series of sessions?
Yes. Single visits and treatment packages are listed with their current prices. Each appointment date is arranged separately, and the number of sessions is chosen around your needs and response to care.
Do you offer home visits?
Home visits are available by arrangement. Include your location and access needs in the request; the travel area and any additional charge are agreed before booking.
