Your information, with care.

How your information is used

Dora at Kinetic Chain Release Edinburgh, 3 Alemoor Crescent, Edinburgh EH7 6UJ, is responsible for the information you send through this website. Contact dora@kineticchainrelease.site about your information. Requests are stored on the practice’s Bluehost hosting account. Notifications are sent to Dora’s practice email and Gmail address; approved gifts are sent to the recipient or sender you choose.

The initial forms collect contact details, preferences and the information needed to arrange your request. Please keep medical history for a private conversation. Gift recipient details are used only to arrange the gift you request.

Clear terms, before care

Your details are used to respond to your enquiry and take steps to arrange the service or gift you request. They are retained while your request, appointments or gift balance need to be managed, and where needed for the practice’s records or legal obligations. We do not use these forms to subscribe you to marketing. Bluehost provides hosting and email transport; Google handles notifications sent to Dora’s Gmail inbox, and your chosen email provider handles delivery to you or the gift recipient. No non-essential analytics is installed. This public website does not require a customer or practitioner account. You can ask Dora for access, correction or deletion of your information; some records may need to be kept for legal or accounting reasons. You may also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
