What should I wear for foot massage?
Choose loose trousers that can comfortably expose the lower legs, or another outfit that allows easy access to your feet. You remove shoes and socks for treatment.
Are oils or balms used?
Foot massage may use an oil or balm to make contact comfortable. Products are agreed before use; mention allergies or sensitive skin so unsuitable ingredients can be avoided. No particular product is required for every session.
Can I have foot massage with a foot or ankle injury?
