Choose room to decide
A value voucher gives the recipient space to choose an eligible treatment after a suitability conversation. A series offers several visits for a named treatment, with the actual dates arranged personally. A value voucher is a flexible choice when you do not know which therapy the recipient would prefer.
Dora’s catalogue includes KCR, traditional Thai massage, manual lymph drainage, Bowen and Thai foot massage. Choosing a gift is a thoughtful gesture, but it should not require someone to receive a treatment they do not want or that is not appropriate for them.
Make the message feel like you
A simple personal message can make the gift meaningful: time to rest, a thank-you or a wish for an unhurried afternoon. Avoid promising that a voucher will cure an injury or solve a health concern. Leave medical decisions to the recipient and appropriate professionals.
Check the recipient’s name and email carefully. If you would prefer to give the gift personally, request delivery to your own email. The gift form shows a preview before you send the request; it is not yet a valid voucher.
What happens after the request?
Your request is recorded for Dora, who receives a private review link with the details. She agrees the arrangements with you and records payment received outside the website. The website does not take card details or collect payment.
Dora’s explicit confirmation creates the gift reference and queues the email. Opening her link alone does not approve a request, and repeated confirmation does not create duplicate gifts. If details need changing, agree those changes before approval.
Send now or on a particular day
You can request email delivery after Dora confirms or on a chosen day at 9 am, noon or 5 pm Edinburgh time. Scheduling uses Europe/London, so seasonal clock changes are considered. Inbox arrival depends on the recipient’s email provider and cannot be guaranteed to the exact minute.
If the selected time passes before payment is confirmed, Dora needs to choose a new future time or immediate sending before approval. For an occasion, allow time for the conversation and payment arrangements rather than requesting a last-minute delivery.
Using a gift or treatment series
The recipient contacts Dora to discuss suitability and request a session. Every appointment is personally confirmed. A series does not automatically reserve several days, and a gift email is not a medical assessment.
Validity, eligible treatments, cancellation arrangements and redemption terms are agreed with Dora and included in the approved gift. Ask for clarity before paying; do not assume a universal expiry period or refundable balance. Dora keeps a record of the remaining value or sessions.
A gift of care in Edinburgh
Visits take place at the Alemoor Crescent practice, subject to Dora’s arrangements. Ask about access or home-visit availability where that matters to the recipient. Consider offering to help with travel while letting them choose their own suitable time.
A series for yourself follows the same personal request process. Describe your goals before selecting several visits and ask how response will be reviewed. The most useful gift is one that leaves room for a conversation.

Can I buy a voucher by paying on the website?
No online payment is handled. Send a request and Dora will agree payment and the gift arrangements with you outside the website.
Can the gift email arrive on a birthday?
You can request a chosen day and Edinburgh delivery time. Dora must confirm payment and approve the gift first; exact inbox arrival cannot be guaranteed.
Can I receive the gift email myself?
Yes. Choose delivery to your own email if you would like to give it personally. Check the gift details before sending your request.
Does a gift book an appointment?
No. The recipient requests a suitable date and Dora personally confirms every appointment.
When does a voucher expire?
Dora agrees validity and redemption terms with the sender. These are included with the approved gift; the website does not assume an expiry period.

Yes. Available series are shown in the prices and packages area. Each session date is arranged separately, and suitability should be discussed before committing.
